CPL Laminate Interior Wood Door

CPL stands for Continuous Pressed Laminate or Constant Pressed Laminate, is made of special decorative paper impregnated with melamine and phenolic resin. It represents an ideal surfacing solutions for doors and wall panels. CPL laminate is available in a variety of colors, patterns and surface textures which can provide extensive options for architects and designers. It is recommended to be used in interior applications where design, appearance, quality, durability, resistance to stain and resistance to heat from ordinary source are important features.

CPL offers the same advantages of HPL such as various color options, the high degree of durability and the high wear and impact resistance. Although CPL has the same composition with HPL, its top layer is somewhat thinner therefore is less resistant to wear than HPL. This makes it a cheaper solution for HPL.

As a cost effective, hard wearing and durable alternative to solid lumber, veneer stained or pianted finishes, CPL laminate door requires no further maintenance following fabrication. It can be easy to replace if required. Doof Leaf Construction

Standard Hollow paper honeycomb core or tubular particleboard core with extra charges reinforced with solid lumber or LVL rails and stiles. The construction is with the skin of HDF(High Density Fiberboard). The edge lipping is ABS on the side edges of the doors finished with CPL.

Door Frame Configuration

Wooden door frame: the wooden door frame is adjustable with architraves 60mm to 80mm wide. It is easy to install and compatible with all of interior wood door slabs.

Steel or aluminum door frame: the adjustable steel or aluminum door frame owns the sane advantage as wooden door frame when it comes to installation, design and adjustment. And due to the steel or aluminum construction and galvanic varnished surface protection, steel or aluminum door frame is perfect choice for some demanding areas with increased humidity or temperature changes.
